Passano accommodates up to 16 people in the pleasing and sunny rooms of the historic tower and farmhouse.  Arrangements can also be made for larger groups.  

Breakfast is included with accommodations.  Lunch and dinner are served by arrangement for groups and individuals. We serve gourmet vegetarian cuisine, incorporating local and organic produce much of which is grown in our own gardens.

We bring to the Borgo many years of restaurant experience, owning and managing Golden Temple Restaurants in Los Angeles and Washington, D.C.

Meals at Passano are a joyous celebration of delicious food and friendship.
