Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan®

Three Weeks of Immersion over 6 Months,
one week each meeting:

Master Teachers Sada Sat Kaur and Sada Sat Singh will lead you in this amazing journey of three one-week yoga immersions, ashram living and personal transformation. You will fine tune your growth, move closer to the center of your own heart and become the best version of yourself under their wisdom and loving guidance.

Teacher Training courses at the Yoga Borgo are an experience in 'Living Yoga'. Courses are kept small to provide for a cozy and personal learning environment.

As you move through the seasons of Spring, Summer and Fall at the Yoga Borgo, you will awaken to your own awareness, illuminate your own inner light, and learn how to achieve strength, clarity and grace. The peace, beauty and harmony of the ancient Yoga Borgo will surround you and support you as you grow from the past into your bright future.

Whether you want to become a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher or simply wish to deepen your personal experience of Kundalini Yoga, this course will give you the foundations for your journey.

You will form lasting friendships with people from all over the world as you share in ashram life filled with yoga, delicious vegetarian food, and the clean living of an ashram environment. Each week of the course will be an opportunity to leave the distractions of daily life behind and to focus within yourself to see who you really are and what you want to become.

Level 1 is a 220-hour interactive professional certification program in the theory, practice and basic skills of a Kundalini Yoga instructor. 180 class room hours and 40 hours of independent study: additional Kundalini Yoga classes, a 40-day meditation, and White Tantric Yoga.

Graduates of Level One earn the title of KRI Certified Instructor of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan®, and qualifies you to apply as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYS®) at the 200hr-level by International Yoga Alliance.

Total Course Fees: Includes instruction and room and board.
3480 euro if registered and paid in full by 1 April 2012.
3730 euro if registered on or after 1 April 2012, and/or paid in installments.

Instruction, course materials:
2400 euro if all fees are paid in full by 1 April 2012
2650 euro after 1 April 2011.

Food and accommodations:
1080 euro per person for the three weeks. This is for a shared group room.

Travel Arrangements:
Dates of the course include your arrival and departure dates.
Please plan to arrive by 5 p.m. on the first day of each immersion week. Departure is after breakfast on the last day of each week.

The closest airport is Florence. Also convenient are Rome and Bologna and Perugia (Perugia is Ryanair only). Travel from those cities is between 3 and 4.5 hours whether driving or taking public transportation. (2 hours from Perugia). Please plan on arriving at the airport by late morning or very early afternoon so that you will have time to reach us by 5 p.m. The last train and bus are mid- evening.

If your flight arrival time will not work with the above schedule, plan to arrive a day early and spend the night near your airport before coming to the Yoga Borgo on the starting day; and for an early morning departure flight, plan to spend the night near your departure airport.
