Lifecycles & Lifestyles provides a toolkit of yogic technology, healthy habits, kriyas and meditations that will help you to heal your past, renew your self concept, and cross the transitions of life with grace and character.
In this course:
-You will experience the Master, Yogi Bhajan, in daily video classes and meditations. Hear and read his words, and experience powerful meditations
-Through Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, interaction and discussions with fellow teachers as you explore your relationship to your Destiny
-Sada Sat Kaur and Sada Sat Singh will guide you to develop the tools to support an intentional life and to gain mastery of every cycle of life.
Both studied directly with Yogi Bhajan for 34 years. They are masters in their own right and will share powerful insights on how to live a yogic, conscious life.

The peace, beauty and harmony of the ancient Yoga Borgo, the Sada Sats' Ashram home, will surround you and support your self-exploration and transformation. The Yoga Borgo was founded as a house of prayer 1700 years ago and is on the famous pilgrim path and nature reserve known as "The Bocca Trabaria".
Course fees:
Early registration fee: 985 euro if registered by 1 March 2012.
Regular registration fee: 1145 euro if registered after 1 March 2012.
Fee details:
Food and accommodations: 350 euro per person for the week. This is for a shared group room.
Instruction and materials: 635 euro by 1 March 2012, or 795 euro after 1 March 2012.
Payment can be made directly to our bank or via Paypal. Please let us know which method you prefer and we will send you the details.
Travel Arrangements:
Dates of the course include your arrival and departure dates.
Please plan to arrive by 5 p.m. on April 21. Departure is after breakfast on April 28. If you are driving you will able to depart the evening of April 27.
The closest airport is Florence. Also convenient are Rome and Bologna and Perugia (Perugia is Ryanair only). Travel from those cities is between 3 and 4.5 hours whether driving or taking public transportation. (2 hours from Perugia). Please plan on arriving at the airport by late morning or very early afternoon so that you will have time to reach us by 5 p.m. The last train and bus are mid- evening.
If your flight arrival time will not work with the above schedule, plan to arrive a day early and spend the night near your airport before coming to the Yoga Borgo on the April 21; and for an early morning departure flight, plan to spend the night of April 28 near your departure airport.
