We, Sada Sat Kaur and Sada Sat Singh, have been meditating for over 46 years…together we have over 92 year of experience. Let our experience guide you.
Meditation has been and continues to be a part of our daily life. It was our great blessing and good fortune to have studied with Yogi Bhajan for 34 years and we learned these 21 Stages directly from him.

In this course we will engage in a 3-part meditative journey:
-Part 1 is The Crystallized Self, where we recognize and experience our true Self
-Part 2 is The Expressive Self, in which we learn how to express our true Self in both action and stillness
-Part 3 is The Transcendent Self, where we experience our self as a realized human being.

Each part of this meditative journey takes you into a deeper level of awakening and realization. We will move through the basic skills of meditation to the deeper levels of awareness and integration and finally into identity and merger into the infinite pulse of creation.

The 21 Stages of Meditation will give you the tools and the experience to deepen your meditation and come to a profound understanding of your Self.
Students and Teachers from all contemplative traditions are invited to participate.

Is this course for me?
Have you just started taking Kundalini Yoga? This course is a great foundation for deepening your understanding of meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan.
Are you a Kundalini Yoga Teacher? This course will deepen your practice and provide the skills you need to help you identify where your students are at and how to take them further.
Do you practice a different style of meditation? This course will broaden the scope of what you understand meditation to be and open new doors of perception in your life and in your practice.
Have you been practicing and teaching Kundalini Yoga for years? 21 Stages will reawaken your passion for the practice and provide the groundwork for a new understanding of how far you have come and where you want to go.
The course is open to anyone, from any meditative tradition. No experience is required though some meditation experience is an asset. 
The course is also part of the requirements for Level Three certification in the Kundalini Yoga tradition.
